    Liam Hesp

    Director/Licensed Builder/Commercial Manager

    Liam manages the daily operations of sites and teams, ensuring smooth workflows. He maintains client relationships, handles new business, recruits staff, and manages job signage and image. He assists with material orders, subtrade organisation, on-site quality assurance, SSSP for small jobs, and morning setups.

    Colin Potgieter

    Director/Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager

    Colin manages all Quantity Surveyor (QS) jobs and steps in as a Project Manager when required. He also assists with material orders and maintaining business relations with clients. Colin also ensures that clients receive regular updates on job progress and job start schedules.

    Lee Clark

    Project Manager/Commercial Manager

    Lee manages the daily operations of construction sites, focusing on client interactions and project logistics. His responsibilities include organizing signage, material orders, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring on-site quality and safety. Lee also updates clients regularly on job progress and handles small patch jobs when required.

    Lisa Savage

    Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager

    Lisa is responsible for managing payment claims, ensuring project timelines are met, and handling commercial charge-up jobs. She prepares commercial quotes and maintains regular interactions with commercial clients, providing weekly updates on costs and progress. Additionally, Lisa conducts site visits and oversees the weekly invoicing process to keep projects on track.

    Project Manager/Residential and Maintenance Manager

    Stacey oversees the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring smooth client interactions and on-site operations. He manages signage, material orders, and subcontractor coordination, while also handling job updates and progress reports. Stacey’s role includes overseeing on-site quality assurance.
